About us

HX-PetCare is a small, family orientated business located in Hoppers Crossing.

It's owned and operated by Natascha, who has years of experience working in the pet industry.

HX-Pet care is aiming to stay a small, affordable alternative to boarding kennels and other pet sitters. We understand how costly it can be for a family with many pets to go on holidays and are always happy to adjust our services to your personal needs.
We aim to spend as much time with your furry babies as possible, therefore places with us are very limited.

If you decide to book with us, Natascha will come to your home for a free of charge consultation. You can ask questions, explain your situation and of course meet the person who's going to look after your pet. We aim to make your holiday stress free, so you need to feel comfortable with us looking after your baby.

We offer pet sitting in your own home, customized to your pet's needs, dog walking, cat and small animal boarding.

A booking with us also includes picking up animal droppings, collecting mail, putting out your bins, watering plants and cleaning up after your pet.
